Dog Walking

Dogs enjoy the social dynamics of being walked, stimulating both mind and body. A daily walk promotes good digestion, helps control weight, and reduces hyperactivity and destructive behaviour. We aim to be the highlight in your dog’s day offering fun filled walks. Once collected your dog can expect an hour of sniffing, running and snuffling, before returning them home, tired but happy. Paws will be cleaned before your dog sets foot in your home. Once home we will ensure a supply of fresh water is available, and feed any meals required. We’ll email you a feedback form so that you know what your dog has been up to that day. We are happy to exercise on lead, or off lead once good recall is established. We’ll need a signed permission form for off lead exercise, just to confirm how you’d like your dog walked. We will only take a maximum of five dogs on a walk together so that we can give your dog the love and attention it deserves.

Before Happy Paws and your dog can start to have some fun together, we must complete a registration process so that we know all about your beloved pet and how to best look after them. Call or email to organise a free consultation, where we can arrange a convenient time to meet you and your pet, and discuss your needs. From this we can obtain your basic pet information, emergency contact details, and answer any questions you may have. If you’re happy with us, and confident with the service, we can go ahead and make a booking.
